Full chiropractic evaluation on your initial consultation will consist of:
~ Detailed case history
~ Spinal examination
~Neurological and orthopaedic testing
We will be more than happy to verify your insurance benefits so that you will know exactly what coverage and benefits you have prior to any treatment.
We do accept Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and most insurances.
We gladly submit all insurance forms for you. Mary Catherine will do everything that she can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30 and 2:00pm-6:00pm
Saturday Hours 8:30am-12:00pm
Our Massage Schedule may include Sunday appointments if necessary.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
